Workout: 20 minute express version of stretching and weight lifting
Positive experiences: coming downstairs to the gym at 5:45am and having it almost entirely to myself - only our next door neighbour is that mental to be in there at that time with me

Workout: lengths swimming at Brittania Pool with Cin
Average heart rate: not a clue; I’m still scared to wear my heart monitor in the pool for fear of royally screwing it up.
