Last night’s Zone 1 swim training -
Total time: 00:23:45
Distance: 350m
RPE: 12-14
Positive experiences and valuable lessons: I had pre-programmed myself after last week’s less-than-satisfactory swim workout, feeding my subconscious affirmations and visualizations. This week it really paid off; from the time I stepped into the pool, I felt fantastic. Light. Powerful.

Time: 00:37:02
Pace: 11:57 min/km
Calories: 339
From my Polar HRM:
Total time in zone: 00:22:09
Average HR: 117
Max HR: 157
KCalories: 377 - 50% from fat (looks like the Polar and the Nike+ are pretty close to being synced up now)

Once again, we had a helluva weekend, and wound up delaying procrastinating lazing around deferring our bike workout until Monday evening. When we hit the gym around 8:45, we found to our delight that someone had actually fixed the recumbent bike, and Cin was now able to adjust the seat all the way forward so [...]
