It’s Nothing Personal…
Okay, actually….it is something personal.
I’ve locked the last few posts that I’ve put up, and just so I don’t get the inevitable email from family wondering what the hell I’m writing that I don’t want them to see…here, I’ll put your mind at ease.
I’m keeping a detailed record of everything I’m putting into my mouth. That’s it. It’s just that simple. However, I really don’t feel like sharing this info with the rest of the world; it’s for my own personal records and part of my overall plan to monitor and record all of my training on the way to Penticton in 2011.
That’s all…nothing scandalous. Well, the amount that I eat can be scandalous at times…hence the food journal. However, the other aspects of my training plan will continue to be posted for all to see. I realize I’m a bit behind on those, and I’m hoping to rectify that later today or tomorrow at the latest.

Interesting that we have all ended up with a love/hate relationship with our food and weight struggles - the psychologists could have field day with this!!
I blame Mum. 25 years of hearing “you’re too thin, you need to eat more”. I swear to God we’re not English, we must be transplanted Italians.
